Collection in Person

You are able to collect your order from our warehouse, if your item is in stock we will hold it for two weeks for you from the date you placed the order and would ask that you call us the day before you wish to collect. If your item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as it arrives into our warehouse and will then hold it for you for two weeks.

The warehouse team will need time to pick and unpack your items for you and the warehouse will close to accept large shipments so please let us know in advance to avoid a wasted journey. When you arrive to collect your order the warehouse team will have unpacked it for you to inspect, please take the time to check that you are happy with the goods before they are re-packed for you and loaded into your vehicle, we recommend that you take the furniture in all the protective packaging including boxes to protect it from damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the goods have left the warehouse. Our returns policy.
